All it takes is 6 SECONDS
to steal it or to lock it up

The LOOK isn’t everything. Of course. You know that.
Still, if you’re going to put in all this time & money,
it can’t hurt to get it right.
Some things—like the legs--you can't fake. You don’t get those hard-cut sinews from eating chips and watching TV. That's miles in the saddle. But some it's pure mystique. Not that you care, of course. But every now and then, if you want to be mistaken for a pro, here's what you do:
IGNORE THE WORLD
Watch out for red lights, pedestrians and truckers with a take-no-prisoners gleam in their eyes. But apart from that, lay on the ruthless relentless focus. You’re not out for an afternoon stroll, you’re burning up the road. Pour everything you’ve got into your legs and watch the world melt away.
LIGHTEN UP
Needless tension is a time bomb. If you keep your shoulders tense while you ride, you’ll suffer for it later. Pro racers relax without thinking about it. You, for now, might have to give it some attention. If you ride with a scowl, clenched teeth, locked elbows or tight jaw, stop.
PEDAL LIKE A PRO
Amateurs pedal erratically. Uneven tempo with a sudden earnest push to climb a hill screams beginner. The smoothness of a pro is unmistakable. Push all the way through the stroke, pulling up to knee the bar, then keep the motion smooth and consistent on the way down, like nothing can shake you.
Imitate the focus, relaxed smoothness of a pro and you just might turn some heads. It may not give you a shot at winning the Tour. But keep getting it right and you will definitely end up with those great looking calves!

What you need is a glove as EXTREME as you are
Finally a jacket that knows
how you like to PLAY
Winter makes it easy to prove you're HARDCORE
